Save Money and Time With the Right Signage Solution
The Clark Rubber logo and branding colour is known for its bold mix of primary colours.
Sign and Fitouts were engaged by Clark Rubber in Heidelberg West to create a Custom 3D Shop Front Sign for their Heidelberg West based shop in a busy shopping centre.
As always, when dealing with an established brand, colour matching the original palette to either vinyl colour charts or paint colours can prove to be a challenge. We used the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to recreate the original colours as closely as possible. The final product consisted of various layers of acrylic panels painted different colours and coloured vinyl layered onto one another.
The most challenging part was the solid white aluminium panel cladding on the exterior. We were not able to spray paint inside the shopping centre, nor use a roller painter to change the colour of the aluminium. The only other option was to demolish all of the white cladding and redo it in yellow.
This creative solution saved our client thousands of dollars and lots of time! Instead of demolishing it, we wrapped all of the cladding with yellow coloured vinyl; the outcome was an eye-catching shop front which we decorated with 3D Letters.
