Signage Products
Building & Business Signs
What types of business signage do you offer?
Thirty-three product lines across six groups: shop and building signs, illuminated signs — light boxes, 3D lettering and neon — window and wall graphics, vehicle graphics, signwriting, and promotional signage. All of it is designed, fabricated and installed by us from our Heidelberg West workshop.
Can you create custom building or shop signs for my brand?
Yes, every sign is custom-designed and made to order. Standard panels run from 200 × 200 mm to 2000 × 600 mm, with round faces from Ø500 mm to Ø1200 mm; custom sizes and shapes are made on request. Frames come in black, white, or a colour matched to your brand.
What materials are used in your signs?
Aluminium, acrylic and vinyl, specified to the job. Our commercial light boxes use a 200 mm fully welded aluminium frame with 3 mm or 4.5 mm opal acrylic face panels — welded rather than bolted, which is what makes them suitable for exposed outdoor positions.
Do you offer illuminated signage options?
Yes — illuminated signs, backlit 3D lettering, LED and neon. Our light boxes run cool white LED modules on an IP67-rated driver and use 40–80% less power than the fluorescent tubes they replace. Prices start at $660 including GST.
Can you design vehicle graphics and wraps?
Yes — full and partial wraps, cut vinyl graphics, magnetic panels and boat graphics. Vehicle work is quoted per vehicle because panel area and curvature differ, so we measure the vehicle before pricing.
Are your signs suitable for internal office use?
Yes. Reception signs, wayfinding, office branding and vinyl lettering are fabricated in the same acrylic and aluminium as our exterior work, usually as non-illuminated acrylic panels or 3D lettering fixed directly to the wall.

Services
Installation & Project Delivery
Do you provide professional sign installation?
Yes — our qualified installers manage the complete installation process for both indoor and outdoor signs.
How do you ensure safe installation on site?
We use appropriate equipment and certified techniques to ensure secure and compliant installations with minimal disruption.
Can you coordinate permits and council approvals?
Yes — we can assist with site surveys, planning and council permit coordination for complex projects.
Do you handle maintenance and repairs after installation?
Yes — we can provide maintenance, cleaning or sign repairs to keep your signage in top condition.
What is your installation process like?
We measure on site, fabricate to order, then install. Made-to-order light boxes take about two weeks to produce before an installation date is set, and installation is scheduled around your trading hours so the shopfront stays usable.
Do you offer installation for custom or unusual sign types?
Yes — our team has experience with complex signage installations of many shapes, sizes and materials.
Services
Creative Design
Do you offer custom sign design services?
Yes. Design is done in-house by our own graphic designers, and the first consultation is free. You see a digital mock-up of the sign before anything is fabricated.
Can you create design mock-ups before production?
Yes. You see a digital mock-up of the sign before fabrication starts, and nothing goes into production until you have approved it.
What design considerations do you focus on?
Legibility at the distance the sign will actually be read from — that sets letter height, which sets panel size. Then brand consistency, the mounting position, and how the sign will weather. Our panels run from 200 × 200 mm to 2000 × 600 mm, so the size follows the viewing distance rather than the reverse.
Can you integrate branding elements into the sign design?
Yes. We work from your logo, typeface and colour references, and match the frame and panel colours to your brand rather than only offering black and white.
Is consultation available before design starts?
Yes, and it is free. We look at the site and what the sign has to do before any design work begins, so the design is built around the real mounting position and viewing distance instead of being resized later.
Do you handle the artwork and preparation for printing?
Yes. Artwork is prepared in-house and printed on our own UV ink printer, which prints directly onto a wide range of substrates — so printed panels, vinyl graphics and oversized posters are produced here rather than sent out.
Can you adapt designs based on feedback?
Yes — collaborative revisions are part of our design process to ensure you’re happy with the final concept.
