Traditional signwriting brings craftsmanship and a timeless, hand-painted style to your brand.
Made your own
Custom Traditional Signwriting
If you like the old way of sign writing with brushes, we at Sign & Fitouts can deliver traditional sign writing services with exceptional hand-painted signs.
We have helped many businesses with traditional sign writing services and enamel signs that can last many years and can be re-sign written when you get bored and want to relaunch your product, service or business.
Our artists are trained with traditional sign writing backgrounds and techniques such as brush painted lettering, gilding, painted sing backgrounds, air bushing and gold leaf lettering. Our traditional sign writing can be created using enamel paint, water-based paint, fluro paint, day-glo or simple chalk and pastel. Whatever your preference is, we can deliver.
In addition to the above, we can sign write on any background – rendered, plaster or brick walls, pool decks, roller doors, lawns or grass, colour bond roofs, canvas shop awnings, corrugated iron or even banners.

South Yarra-based business “Angela Jewellery” wanted a 3D Metal Sign that conveyed the elegant and tasteful nature of their business.
Our talented Sign and Fitouts designers suggested Steel letters raised from the surface of the wall exterior through the use of long pins. This method ensures that the Metal Letters are safely secured to the wall, whilst also protruding out to add dimension.
The final product, featuring 3D Steel Letters, exudes a sophisticated and understated appeal. We were proud to help Design, manufacture and Install this custom 3D Metal Sign for this thriving business. Installation of letters with pins is a creative and unique way to present a more toned-down, unobtrusive yet equally impressive image.
