Shipping & Packaging
- Secure Packaging: We pack each light box in a custom-built MDF box to protect it from damage during transit.
- Shipping: We ship Australia-wide, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and location.
- Handling Time: We manufacture each light box to order, with a production time of approximately 2 weeks (excluding delivery time).
- Freight Considerations: Larger sizes may need pallet freight, and we provide the best shipping option for your order.
- Pickup Option: You can also pick up your order from our Heidelberg West workshop

We offer two premium options for illuminated graphics:
- Digitally Printed & Laminated Translucent Vinyl – High-resolution print with a protective laminated layer for durability and UV resistance. Ideal for detailed logos and full-color designs.
